Read on Straits Times that the hotel is going into history and the place will be redeveloped into a condominium.
Thus the best way to capture its beauty is to go down and paint it on paper

3Sept2017 East Coast Park (Pencil Sketch)
Went to East Coast Park on 3Sept2017 to do pencil sketch together with a friend. My friend doesn't believe she could create a good masterpiece whereas I believe everyone has some form of talent in arts, and maybe some may need some guidance. With my guidance, she gained confidence and was glad that she was able to do a
nice on-the-spot pencil sketch painting. I am happy that she was satisfied with the outcome and happy with her painting.

4Aug2017 Review on doing Coffee Painting
After trying coffee painting several times and experiencing with different types of coffee to paint, here are my comments:
Coffee painting is worth trying since it's still a very NEW thing here.
Who knows it will be the next trend.
Coffee is easily accessible and affordable medium to use. It's definitely a different medium from your colour tubes.
Due to its natural colour, it can create a very interesting monochromatic piece of artwork.
However, coffee painting takes slightly longer time to dry.
Morever, special care is needed when keeping the painting.
You really need to find out and try for yourself what coffee painting is about.
